The U.S.-Mexico border has seen 894,469 illegal alien encounters to date in the 2024 fiscal year, according to the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP).

Among these encounters were some of the 8,799 arrests of illegal aliens across the entire U.S.-Mexico border during the current fiscal year, which runs from October 2023 to September 2024. 

There have been 5,448 illegal alien arrests for illegal border entry/re-entry, 1,496 driving under the influence arrests, 807 arrests for illegal drugs, 576 arrests for battery and domestic violence, 119 sexual offense arrests, and 18 arrests for murder or manslaughter.

There were 599 arrests of criminal illegal aliens along the U.S.-Mexico border in March 2024, according to an analysis by Restoration for America. 

That analysis highlights ten illegal alien arrests in March in communities across Wisconsin.

Gregorio Leon Choras was arrested March 5 in Trempealeau County for domestic abuse and placed on immigration hold for Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

In Walworth County, Luis Aranda was arrested on March 5 for his second Driving Under the Influence (DUI) charge, and Brayan Anduaga was arrested for strangulation the very next day.

Adelvis Rodriguez-Carmona, a Venezuelan national, was arrested on March 11 in Juean for his alleged involvement in a drive by shooting. Venezuela is reportedly refusing to take Rodriguez-Carmona back.

He is accused of shooting a woman and leaving her body on a roadway.

Mar. 27	New York	NY	8 illegal aliens from Venezuela were arrested after they were found squatting in an apartment. Weapons and cocaine were found and 2 of the men had criminal records including attempted murder. Even though Bronx prosecutors asked for bail to be set, a judge let them all go.
Mar. 28	Lynn	MA	An illegal alien from Guatemala was arrested for numerous crimes including assault and battery, strangulation, and sex crimes against a minor. 4 others from El Salvador, Venezuela, and Brazil were arrested in a sting operation for child rape and one was an MS-13 gang member. Local authorities, due to sanctuary policies, let these monsters go and ICE had to hunt them down to arrest them.
