These posts, dated February 10 and 11, 2025, address topics ranging from work requirements for social programs to oversight in consumer financial products.
On February 10, Moore commented on potential changes to work requirements for SNAP and Medicaid. She noted that “Work requirements (for SNAP and Medicaid) can be adjusted depending on how big of a funding gap they need to fill”. She further explained this as meaning “Tax cuts for billionaires will be paid for by cutting struggling Americans access to food assistance and health care“.
Later that day, Moore addressed the topic of financial oversight in relation to Elon Musk and Donald Trump. In her tweet, she stated that “It’s no secret why Elon Musk promised to ‘delete’ the CFPB, and why Donald Trump is giving him the green light.” She argued that “Less oversight and transparency of consumer financial products = easier for Elon Musk to get richer.”
The following day, February 11, Moore made a brief comment regarding American priorities with her statement: “America First quickly became highest bidder first.”
