Steve Cortes, the president and founder of the League of American Workers (LAW) said that the Wisconsin Democratic Party (WisDems) is made up of radicals who view white men as enemies.

His comments come in response to The Sconi’s report on Sunday about a WisDems job posting for the party’s “Head of People” position.

“These are not your parents or grandparents’ Democrats,” Cortes told The Sconi. “These radicals actually regard straight white men as enemies to be ridiculed and excluded.”

“Requiring immutable characteristics like dark skin as a pre-condition for employment is illegal and totally un-American,” Cortes said. “Realize who the 2020’s Democrats are!”

Scarlett Johnson, the president of Moms for Liberty Wisconsin, posted on X last week that white, heterosexual men need not apply for the job position, reported The Sconi.

The “Head of People” would report to the Deputy Executive Director of the party. The annual salary range is $110,000 to $120,000 and the position is located in either Madison or Milwaukee. The start date for the position is listed as “Spring 2024.”

The party lists 17 different job responsibilities for the position, including developing a “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” (DEI) onboarding and training plan for the party.

Among the qualifications listed for the position is having “close ties to Black, Indigenous, AAPI, Latinx, Muslim, non-English-speaking, disability, and LGBTQIA+ communities.”

Applicants are also required to have received the MRNA Injection, or so-called “COVID-19 vaccine,” including having received “any booster shots recommended by the CDC.”

“Millions of Americans were pressured into an experimental Fauci jab that they didn’t want or need in 2020 and 2021, as a condition of employment,” said Cortes. “The Democrat Party continues that medical apartheid, even now in 2024.”

The new “head of people” will work with the party to re-elect President Biden (D) and U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wisc.), according to the job listing. The listing lists “race, gender, and other dimensions of identity” as part of the party’s work.

As of publication time, the deputy executive director position to which the “head of people” report had an open job listing on Contract Staffing, Inc.’s website. That position pays $110,000 to $135,000 annually, and requires the application to “to take an inclusive lens into all aspects of work.”

Cassi Fenili, the party’s executive director, is a former government and campaign staffer for Gov. Tony Evers (D-Wisc.) She was hired to the position in January 2024 after working as a senior advisor in 2023.

The chair of the Wisconsin Democratic Party is Ben Wikler, who was elected in June of 2019. Wikler, who is white, married to a woman, and has three children, previously worked as Washington DC Director and Senior Advisor for the left-wing political organization, MoveOn.

On January 19, 2021, the day before Biden’s inauguration, Wikler posted on X that “elections have consequences” and that the Biden administration would make history by “nominating Rachel Levine, the first trans official sent for Senate confirmation, to help lead HHS.”
