Rep. Gwen Moore, a longstanding member of the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin’s 4th district, has recently expressed her views on Medicaid and political figures through social media posts. Her statements provide insight into ongoing debates within Congress regarding budget allocations and healthcare.

On March 6, 2025, Rep. Moore addressed a bill that purportedly omits mention of Medicaid. She remarked, “The word Medicaid isn’t even in the bill” and questioned whether Speaker Johnson possesses a calculator to verify the math involved.

Later that day, she highlighted discrepancies between Republican claims and budgetary assessments regarding Medicaid cuts. Moore noted, “Democrats said the Republican budget would slash Medicaid. GOP leaders disagreed. The Congressional Budget Office just settled the debate.”

In another post on March 6, 2025, Moore praised a fellow legislator named Rosa for her contributions and style, stating, “Rosa is a fashion icon, brilliant legislator, and tireless fighter for her constituents.”
