Walk to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Women's Right to Vote. Celebration starts at 5:30 p.m. at Farwell/Gray Street parking lot, walking to Owen Park wearing masks, single file with homemade signs. * This event is followed by a presentation in Owen Park by local women on the history of suffrage and the continuing struggle to ensure voting rights for all. Ann Marie McClellan, League of Women Voters Connie Russell, Eau Claire County Board Supervisor Dr. Selika Ducksworth Lawton, UWEC Professor of History and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
