Amery School District issued the following announcement on May 26.
These 5th graders are recipients of the James Schmidt Wapo Scholarship!
This year they were asked to complete a random act of kindness and write about how it made them feel and how they could continue to include kindness in their every day life.
Winners were selected through a random drawing. The winners had their Wapo fees paid in full and also received a Wapo sweatshirt or T-shirt.
