On Nov. 17, Primero Assets LLC purchased a property at 2433 S. Fifth St., Milwaukee from City of Milwaukee for $40,000.

So far in November 2021, 83 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Richard Lewis Turner, 42, was the only registered voter residing at 2433 S. Fifth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
