In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $4,079.41, which is 1.17% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Cudahy as of this publication.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Elizabeth Nicole Schuenke, was the only registered voter residing at 3715 E. Barnard Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
