On Jan. 12, Dana C. Kloth purchased a property at 3030 N. Fairwood Court, Wauwatosa from Mount Olive Lutheran Church By Peter Martin, Chair of the Board of Trustees for $255,000.

So far in January 2021, four properties sold in Wauwatosa.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, there were two registered voters residing at 3030 N. Fairwood Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: John W. Struve, 74, and Marjorie L. Struve, 73.
