Bayside median home prices fell by 0.1% in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Bayside fell by $300 while total sales increased by 25.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,000 - a 0.1% decrease over the $281,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Bayside in the first half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Bayside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $8,279, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2017.
