April 2020: Home prices in South Milwaukee increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in South Milwaukee rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 21.4% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in South Milwaukee in April 2019.
