Home prices decreased in Milwaukee during November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Milwaukee fell by $12,901 while total sales increased by 4.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 525 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,000 - a 15.2% decrease over the $84,901 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 503 homes sold in Milwaukee in November 2016.
