Franklin median home prices rose by 4% in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Franklin rose by $9,300 while total sales decreased by 11.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 4% increase over the $230,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Franklin in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
