Rising home prices in Franklin in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Franklin rose by $42,000 while total sales increased by 16.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,700 - a 22.4% increase over the $187,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Franklin in October 2016.
