South Milwaukee median home prices rose by 11.1% in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in South Milwaukee rose by $14,950 while total sales increased by 15.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $135,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in South Milwaukee in August 2016.

The median sales tax in South Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,049, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
