July 2017: Home prices in Milwaukee increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Milwaukee rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 502 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,000 - a 35% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 589 homes sold in Milwaukee in July 2016.
