July 2017: Franklin experienced a 10.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Franklin rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 23.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 117 homes sold in Franklin in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
