The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Milwaukee rose by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 576 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $91,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 591 homes sold in Milwaukee in June 2016.
