The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Milwaukee rose by $21,300 while total sales decreased by 1.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 531 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,400 - a 25.6% increase over the $83,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 539 homes sold in Milwaukee in May 2016.
