Milwaukee median home prices rose by 5.3% in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Milwaukee rose by $4,750 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 500 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,750 - a 5.3% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 467 homes sold in Milwaukee in April 2016.
