Median home prices in Milwaukee rose to $75,700 in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Milwaukee rose by $1,700 while total sales increased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 528 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,700 - a 2.3% increase over the $74,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 447 homes sold in Milwaukee in March 2016.
