February 2017: Milwaukee experienced a 7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Milwaukee rose by $4,925 while total sales increased by 8.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 388 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,325 - a 7% increase over the $70,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 359 homes sold in Milwaukee in February 2016.
