South Milwaukee median home prices rose by 4% in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in South Milwaukee rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 4% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in South Milwaukee in February 2016.

The median sales tax in South Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,049, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
