Franklin median home prices rose by 17.1% in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Franklin rose by $33,250 while total sales decreased by 44.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,950 - a 17.1% increase over the $194,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Franklin in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
