The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Milwaukee fell by $4,300 while total sales increased by 37.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 451 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 5.4% decrease over the $79,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 327 homes sold in Milwaukee in January 2016.
