Home prices increased in Mazomanie during the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Mazomanie rose by $26,450 while total sales decreased by 29%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,350 - a 15.8% increase over the $167,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Mazomanie in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Mazomanie for 2017 was $3,341. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,436. This marks an decrease of 2.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
