How did home prices perform in Cross Plains during the first half of 2017?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Cross Plains rose by $4,132 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,650 - a 1.8% increase over the $234,519 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Cross Plains in the first half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Cross Plains for 2017 was $4,899. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,671. This marks an increase of 4.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
