Dane median home prices rose by 7.6% in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Dane rose by $18,550 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,550 - a 7.6% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Dane in the first half of 2016.
