December 2021: Windsor experienced a 0.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Windsor fell by $2,050 while total sales decreased by 41.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,850 - a 0.6% decrease over the $359,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Windsor in December 2020.
