May 2021: Home prices in Oregon increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Oregon rose by $31,750 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $287,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Oregon in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Oregon for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $5,207, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
