Home prices decreased in Verona during April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Verona fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 35.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,500 - a 2.4% decrease over the $308,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Verona in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Verona for 2020 was $6,219. In 2019, the median sales tax was $5,719. This marks an increase of 8.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
