Marshall home prices rose in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Marshall rose by $14,401 while total sales increased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,501 - a 6.7% increase over the $215,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Marshall in July 2018.
