Belleville median home prices fell by 8% in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Belleville fell by $15,450 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 8% decrease over the $192,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Belleville in August 2017.
