Cambridge home prices rose in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Cambridge rose by $169,650 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,450 - a 101.1% increase over the $167,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Cambridge in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2018 was $3,504. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,603. This marks an decrease of 2.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
