What happened to the median home price in Cambridge during April 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Cambridge fell by $27,135 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,500 - a 15.3% decrease over the $177,635 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cambridge in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2018 was $3,504. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,603. This marks an decrease of 2.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
