Home prices decreased in Cross Plains during February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Cross Plains fell by $116,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,000 - a 49.7% decrease over the $234,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Cross Plains in February 2017.
