How did home prices perform in Cambridge during February 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Cambridge fell by $89,975 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,575 - a 35.3% decrease over the $254,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cambridge in February 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2018 was $3,504. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,603. This marks an decrease of 2.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
