The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Oregon rose by $51,900 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,000 - a 27.4% increase over the $189,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Oregon in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Oregon for 2018 was $4,767. In 2017, the median sales tax was $4,607. This marks an increase of 3.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
