Home prices increased in Maple Bluff during February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Maple Bluff rose by $2,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $372,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Maple Bluff in February 2017.
