Windsor median home prices fell by 6.5% in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Windsor fell by $17,750 while total sales increased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,200 - a 6.5% decrease over the $272,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Windsor in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2018 was $4,730. In 2017, the median sales tax was $4,399. This marks an increase of 7.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.9%.
