January 2018: Deerfield experienced a 189.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Deerfield rose by $225,850 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $344,950 - a 189.6% increase over the $119,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Deerfield in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Deerfield for 2018 was $3,836. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,918. This marks an decrease of 2.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
