Home prices decreased in Marshall during December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Marshall fell by $74,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 45.3% decrease over the $164,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Marshall in December 2016.
