Pricing for the median home in Mount Horeb increased during December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Mount Horeb rose by $2,725 while total sales decreased by 42.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $216,275 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Mount Horeb in December 2016.
