Cambridge median home prices fell by 46.5% in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Cambridge fell by $85,399 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,301 - a 46.5% decrease over the $183,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cambridge in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2017 was $3,603. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,606. This marks an decrease of 0.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.7%.
