Black Earth home prices rose in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Black Earth rose by $42,350 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,750 - a 37.7% increase over the $112,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Black Earth in November 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Black Earth for 2017 was $3,294. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,486. This marks an decrease of 5.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
