Pricing for the median home in Oregon increased during November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Oregon rose by $67,300 while total sales decreased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,200 - a 36.4% increase over the $184,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Oregon in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Oregon for 2017 was $4,607. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,389. This marks an increase of 5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
