Home prices increased in Verona during November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Verona rose by $11,200 while total sales decreased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,000 - a 4% increase over the $277,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Verona in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Verona for 2017 was $5,396. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,087. This marks an increase of 6.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.9%.
