Median home prices in Windsor rose to $300,900 in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Windsor rose by $134,900 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,900 - a 81.3% increase over the $166,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Windsor in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2017 was $4,399. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,435. This marks an decrease of 0.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
