Median home prices in Cottage Grove fell to $257,700 in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Cottage Grove fell by $27,300 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,700 - a 9.6% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Cottage Grove in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Cottage Grove for 2017 was $5,629. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,538. This marks an increase of 1.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
