Pricing for the median home in Black Earth decreased during September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Black Earth fell by $26,400 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,950 - a 18.5% decrease over the $142,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Black Earth in September 2016.
